Issues

Please note that in order for us to maintain the quality of our products we will not accept the return of our products for any reason other than defects or damage. Any issues must be emailed to us within 48 hours. Unfortunately, there are no exceptions to this rule. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.

Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products, exchanges will only be granted for items that are defective or damaged. If the above has happened please provide the following within 48 hours tocustomer.support@minoreducated.com: 1) An explanation about the damage 2) A picture of the product 3) A copy or picture of the original packing slip. Once examined we will provide details on how to return the items and the steps that we take to get it replaced. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
